By commissioning me you understand and agree to the following:

♦︎ The artwork you are commissioning is for PERSONAL USE only.♢ Artwork you receive from me may not be used in anything for profit, no NFTs, t-shirt designs, logos, prints, games, books, merchandise, etc.♢ The commercial use of my artworks has a cost of 100% if you plan to use them for merchandise or other purposes. Remember, you need to pay double what your order cost if you use it for commercial purposes. I am only asking for the double payment if it’s for commerce.♢It is forbidden to use my art for NFTS or to feed AI's, if you do this you will be blacklisted by me so please respect my work.♦︎ Remember to give me credit for the commissioned work.♢ You CAN NOT claim the artwork as your own nor can you trace or edit it and treat is as your own creation.♢ ONLY THE CUSTOMER can upload your order to his profile.♢ Do not remove or delete my watermark from my work.♦︎ Assignments are on a first-come, first-served basis.♢ Please note that I do this on a first come first served basis so please be patient and don't spam me with messages about your progress as soon as I have something in hand I will always communicate it.♢ I have the right to refuse an assignment if I am not in a position to do so.♦︎ You can be inspired by my illustrations and study my style or practice it.♢ You can practice it if you like, it doesn't bother me at all, even if you want to do the same pose of one of my illustrations you can do it, just remember to always give me credit.♢ What you cannot do is to make illustrations of the commissions that my clients PAY, please respect this rule.♦︎ Changes to the order during the process are limited.♢ Changes are only allowed during the SKETCH process.♢ There is a limit for changes which are only 2 so please respect that and keep in mind everything you want in your order.

By obtaining design from me, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these conditions.

♦︎ General♢ Failure to comply with these conditions may mean that you have not read my terms of service or that you do not respect my rules and you will be added to my blacklist or I will simply stop doing business with you.♦︎ Remember to give me credit for the creation of the design.♢ This also applies to the redesigns I have done, so please credit me.♢ You are not allowed to claim the design as yours, if you break this rule you will be added to my blacklist, so please respect that.♦︎ If you want to get inspiration from my designs you can do it and credit me to avoid misunderstandings.♢ Remember that you can't exceed my limits, I don't allow quite heavy inspirations that are literally the same character, so please respect it or you will go straight to my blacklist.♦ Commercial use of design.♢ Commercial use of adoptables will be 70% of what you purchased it for or commercial use can be obtained through AB in which these rights are included.♢ The commercial use of Customs is 100%, so you will pay the same amount of what it cost you.♢ Having obtained the rights of commercial use you will receive a sheet as a certificate of purchase.♦ Restrictions on my designs♢ It is not allowed to use my creations in AI or NFTs, please RESPECT MY RULE..♢ If you are a witness with proof that my rules are being violated please let me know through my networks..♢ It is not allowed to sell my characters made in a raffle, they can only be exchanged or given away.♢ Designs and redesigns that are my property, may not be in the possession of users on my blacklist. If you have violated my rules you will be added to my blacklist without notice.♢ You cannot RESELL if the character you acquired was for an art exchange or another character, only if it has artwork purchased by you from other artists can you resell it at the value you acquired the artwork.♢ You are not allowed to redesign the whole design you got, you can add more looks, hairstyles and accessories to it but please remember not to remove the whole design as well as remove features that represent that character or else I will stop doing business with you.♢ You can change certain colors subtly, don't CHANGE ALL the color please, you can add to it if you like but don't remove ALL of it otherwise I won't do any more business with you.♦ Closed Species♢ The species that I have both open and closed is strictly forbidden for my blacklisted users to obtain MYOS or designs of these species.♢ It is strictly forbidden to make adoptables of my species, only those who are authorized to do so have the right to sell them.♦ Bases♢ Every time you use my F2U and P2U bases give me credits please.♢ You are free to make adoptions and characters for personal use.♢ You can't make custom commissions with my base or else I will put you on my blacklist.♢ It is allowed to make all kind of changes in the bases without removing my watermark and respecting my only rule that these bases are F2U or P2U can not be acquired or used by users of my blacklist.

♦ The average waiting time for simple commissions is 3-6 days or 3 weeks. However, the waiting time can range from 6 months depending on the order of the orders and my private life.♢ I do my best to finish all my commissions within 2 weeks, but commissions that include 2 or more characters or characters with very detailed designs or extensive specifications will take longer than normal to complete.♢ Remember that I will contact you if there are any delays with your order, so please do not spam me with messages or I will not do business with you again.♦ If it is an urgent order which you want me to deliver earlier, the price of your commission will increase.♢ This can always vary in price, so I don't have a fixed price but if you require a 2-3 day delivery the value could be 85€ or more depending on how big your order is.♢ If I am late with your order I will let you know so you don't have to worry.♦ To accept your order, keep in mind the things I accept so that you have them at hand when ordering from me.♢ Reference sheet (can be chibi too).♢ Moodboards.♢ Traditional color art.♢ Sketchs color.♢ References.♢ Documents with specifications of each detail in order♦ I am not willing to accept this kind of things in your order as I would not understand well what you really want and I don't like to deliver a bad job.♢ Dirty sketches and unable to understand the design♢ Descriptions don't do me much good so please don't just give me a description.♢ Unorganized document without specific references.

♦ Payment is always first, so I will not work if everything has not been deposited.♢ I accept euros and dollars, my main currency is in Euros but to make it more comfortable I will put the prices in pains having a higher value for the currency.♢ I work only with paypal or stripe invoices.♢ If you get my paypal account and you would like to make the payment please put in the payment description '' Digital Article '' this option is MANDATORY do not put another description please.♢ After we have finished discussing your order I will send you the invoice with the email address you provide me.♦ If you have not paid within 24hrs I will cancel your order.♢ If you did not show up for the entire 24hr period without explaining the delay, please be advised that I will not do business with you again and will not accept any orders from you.♦ All orders are NON-REFUNDABLE unless you are unable to complete the order within 5 months.
♢ No returns are accepted.♢ If I am unable to complete your order, your money will be refunded. If I decide that I no longer want to continue working on your order, you will be refunded in full.♢ In case you have an emergency and want the money for those reasons I will give it to you, if this happens repeatedly about 3 times please note that I will not accept an order from you again.
